A Junior Creative is an enthusiastic and talented professional skilled in creative concepting, with an eye for beautiful art direction and interest in creative messaging and copywriting. They work on various projects, from PR campaigns todigital marketing materials, social media creative to TV, balancing brand creative with performance. Collaborating with internal teams, they will help elevate our creative output across PR campaigns, social, paid media and brand media campaigns as well as providing creative support for C3 marketing and Powerhouse projects.

The following is a breakdown of your key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously seek out and develop innovative and fresh ideas that will drive the creative direction of our projects. This involves staying on top of the latest trends in advertising campaigns, design, technology, and industry best-practices

• Create visually compelling and creatively engaging concepts that resonate with our clients' target audiences and enhance their brand's presence

• Demonstrate the ability to easily switch between different types of creative campaigns, from digital PR to paid media, TV to social

• Transform key data and insights into creative concepts across multiple channels and platforms

• Produce scamps, storyboards and mock-ups to support in concept development

• Play a key role in PR and social brainstorming sessions to help drive creativity across the teams

• Provide guidance on creative messaging, content pillars and copy matrix

• Utlisise AI tools to support in ideation, art direction and concept development

• Ensure you complete all time tracking requirements to the deadlines set
