Role Overview
The overall responsibility of the Head of Social and Influencers is to drive the connected social offering and revenue forward across creative campaigns, organic social and influencers. You will ensure we deliver measurable brand and performance uplifts through our campaigns and content. You will work with the team and clients to create award winning creative data driven campaigns and case studies and promote these forward to generate further opportunities.
The following is a breakdown of your key responsibilities.
Role & Client Deliverables
- Spearhead the development of our social, influencer and creative campaign offering
- Be instrumental in generating and delivering new business and growing our social revenue, including being the go to person for connected social or organic social / influencer new business leads.
- Develop high performing creative and social campaigns and strategies with the social team
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry changes and explore new opportunities and suppliers across applicable media owners.
- Understand and promote the changes in social both internally and externally, e.g. how the algorithms work, and how to capitalise on this
- Attend key social and marketing events, ensuring we capture and promote attendance and learnings
- Develop connected strategies with channel teams
- Work with the Strategy and Solutions team to ensure we are measuring effectiveness via the c3 framework for social campaigns.
- Develop processes and ways of working for the social team to ensure efficiencies, and consistency.
- Maintain an overarching view of all clients creative campaign, social strategies and performance ensuring best practice is adhered to.
- Develop our social reporting to highlight KPIs and successes to clients
- Develop our overall c3 reporting of social, to enable us to learn what works and develop our c3 narrative e.g. Entertain, Educate and Inspire.
- Drive expertise through testing.
- Hands on execution and delivery of campaigns as required
- Line manage, train and mentor the Social Team
- Increase visibility of social within c3 and our successes and generate publishable case studies around successes.
- Work with the marketing team to help the c3 channels produce content that feels more like a social agency.
- Generate channel awards entries for submission through Sales and Marketing.
