We are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to come and join our Client Operations team in our Leeds office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a growing agency.

Role Overview

The overall responsibility of a Project Manager is to oversee and drive the successful execution of single service projects and retainers and support Senior PMs on larger connected accounts within the agency. You will play a key role in ensuring that project goals and objectives are met on time, within scope, and to budget. By coordinating resources, managing timelines, and facilitating communication among internal stakeholders, you will enable project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that align with the strategic objectives of the agency. Your leadership will foster a collaborative and efficient project environment, maximising the effectiveness of project processes and methodologies to achieve high-quality delivery of work.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects and retainers for your allocated connected account clients; from initial planning and scoping to execution and delivery.
• Take ownership in the creation of roadmaps and booking in of work with the supporting teams whilst monitoring time spent and budget usage on your accounts whilst ensuring alignment with client/project goals
• Ensure all project management systems (Forecast) are up to date for your clients including the right monthly tasks and allocations across all departments and the correct team members are assigned.
• Support CDs and delivery team by leading on internal client WIP meetings whilst ensuring all WIP documentation is fully up to date
• Support Senior Project managers on large scale connected account retainers and projects.
• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery and ensure these are updated monthly within the client risk tracker.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including clients where necessary, senior management, and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and expectations.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and are aligned with the agency and client goals.
• Track and report on project/retainer delivery performance using key metrics and indicators.
• Provide project reports and documentation to the head of delivery highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned and solutions.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience (1+ years) in digital project management, project support or account executive role preferably in an agency environment, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, web development (not essential), and design principles.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
