We are on the lookout for a Media Strategist to come and join our Media team in either our Leeds or Manchester office due to some exciting recent client wins. This is a fantastic opportunity with the scope for progression and opportunity to mentor some of the junior members of the team, you will also be working on some exciting clients across ecommerce, finance and travel to name a few of the different sectors we work in.

Responsibilities:

• Build a solid relationship with all levels of contacts client side to build a portfolio.

• Understand and interrogate client’s businesses, and identify what’s most important to them.

• Drive the media team (Paid and influencer Marketing/ Social) to deliver best in class media performance and clients’ business growth

• Understand media KPIs (paid and organic) and be able to work with the Media Manager and Execs to put together a solid roadmap, and ensure smooth delivery

• Campaign performance analysis - Regularly perform strong data analysis and subsequent campaign optimisation

• Develop high performing strategies & campaigns in conjunction with Head of PPC and Head of Paid Social and Paid Media Director to work towards clients’ goals.

• Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with strong insights and recommendations, taking into account market analysis and wider channel performance in Google Analytics.

• Deliver paid media reports, and monthly reporting decks with insights and recommendations to clients in conjunction with supporting team members

• Attend and lead client calls and strategies

• Delegation of tasks to Paid Media Managers and Execs

• Hands on analysis and execution of campaigns as required.

• Budget management

• Lead and help support new business pitches and proposals

• Track and deliver tasks through a project management system

• Be a key player in developing our paid media offering further

• Keep abreast of industry updates, and suppliers and share knowledge with the Paid Media Team.

• Be an active contributor to c3 marketing including, creation of blogs, videos and linked posts.

Requirements:

• Strong experience managing Paid Media clients

• Understanding of Paid KPIs and in-platform reporting.

• Confident communicator and ability to build relationships

• Be able to understand and highlight the story behind KPIs

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong understanding of tracking and tagging

• Strong attention to detail and demonstrable ability to work to deadlines

• Analytical way of working

• Be collaborative and an all-round team player

• Growth focused & always willing to embrace a challenge and learn with a curious nature

• Google qualified
